Logline: An employee talks to his boss about the offensive name of the project he's managing
This is a crude cartoon in which I can't help but think I've seen this sketch somewhere before. You may feel the same way too but it's still quite funny in the end. (NB. level of toilet humour may vary between viewers)
The drawing style is childlike and level of animation is quite low with minimal movement which has an annoying jitter to it, yet it still manages to be effective enough to deliver the basic point. The real talent are the voice actors Chris Shakespeare and James Prince who both perform competently and naturally. The dead pan execution of the tight dialogue adding to the comedy.
I'd say that that sketch runs it's natural course and is the ideal length being nicely paced out. One thing that could be cut was the flying faeces which seemed out of place and didn't fit in with the realistic set up. So although this looks cheap and rubbish and may not be one hundred percent original, it should still make you smile.
Beware, there is a 'Project Managers 2' out there.
Best Bit: The voice actors.
Worst Bit: The flying turd.
